Step 1
Unclip Harness & Unbolt Sensor
Locate the temperature sensor on the back of the cylinder head coolant neck. Unplug the electrical clip. Use a deep 19mm socket to unscrew the brass sensor.
🔧 Fastener: 19mm Sensor Hex • Torque Spec: 12 ft-lbs
Step 2
Install Sensor
Ensure the new sensor has its copper sealing washer in place. Thread in carefully by hand, then tighten with deep socket and plug in connector.
