Secure Vehicle and Remove Wheel
Loosen front wheel lug nuts. Raise the front of the vehicle using a floor jack and secure it on heavy-duty jack stands. Remove the wheel lug nuts and slide the wheel off.
Remove Caliper Guide Pin Bolts
Locate the two 14mm caliper guide pin bolts on the back of the caliper. Remove both bolts, then slide the caliper assembly off the rotor and secure it safely with a hanger.
Compress Piston & Install New Pads
Slide out old brake pads and hardware. Install new clips and apply high-temp grease to contact points. Compress the caliper piston, slide in new pads, and reinstall the caliper housing.
